Service Description

In this 3 hours Tour, you will visit a State of the Art Winery, family and privately owned. The owners did not spare any expenses in their Architecture, Production, Machinery, Agriculture and Dedication to the production incredible Wines. Your will be first welcomed to the Winery with a Tour of their Vineyards the Winery and Cellars. You will learn the particular methods of production, from the harvest, fermentation of the different wines, aging and bottling. After your tour, it is time to TASTE these fine Wines! Your will be tasting 3 different wines: 1. An Oak-fermented Chardonnay. 2. A Merlot with Cabernet Sauvignon. 3. A Robust blend of Syrah with Cabernet Franc. All produced at a very high quality and standard. Accompanied by a nice platter, with cold cuts, cheeses, home-made olive-oil and warm bread. "A bottle of wine contains the philosophy of its maker!"
